  1. Poor-Standards are not met and you would not recommend this for funding
  2. Satisfactory-The minimum standard you would recommend for funding
  3. Good-An appropriate level for a student at this level, though perhaps slightly below average
  4. Very Good-An appropriate level for a student at this level, though perhaps slightly above average
  5. Outstanding-Beyond expectation for a student of this level. Minimal flaws.

Community Impact (15%) Project is collaborative, Results could improve quality of life for people with lived experience
Applicants (10%) Applicants are qualified to do project? Project would be a new direction for applicants
Financially justified (10%) Is the impact justified by requested funds?
